On the 5th of June 2023, the AUST Environmental and Social Welfare Club (AUSTESWC) celebrated World Environment Day under the theme, "Green Today, Clean Tomorrow!" This event aimed to raise awareness about environmental conservation and encourage sustainable practices among the members of the university community.
To symbolize our commitment to environmental stewardship, AUSTESWC gifted indoor plants to the esteemed university officials: Pro-VC Sir, Treasurer Sir, Registrar Sir, ASW Sir.
These plants serve as a reminder of our shared responsibility to nurture and protect our environment.
The highlight of the event was the unveiling of the featured photo of World Environment Day 2023, captured by the AUSTESWC. The photograph beautifully encapsulates the essence of the theme and serves as a visual representation of our commitment to environmental conservation. AUSTESWC remains committed to furthering our mission of environmental stewardship and promoting a sense of responsibility among the university community.
