Prof. Dr. Md. Meganur Rhaman, Professor, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST), Dhaka, Bangladesh, has received the Best Paper Award at the International Conference on Innovations in Electronics and Electrical Engineering (ICIEEE 2026).

The award was presented in recognition of his outstanding research contribution and scholarly excellence demonstrated through his paper entitled “Effect of Sm-5% and Co-5% Doping and Co-doping on the Structural, Morphological, and Optical Properties of BiFeO₃ for Emerging Electronic Applications” (Paper ID: ICIEEE-0414).

The conference was organized at MAHSA University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, under IEEE Conference ID #69095, with support from the World Research Union (WRUnion). The conference was held on 11–12 September 2026 and brought together researchers, academics, and professionals working in the fields of electronics and electrical engineering.

The Best Paper Award recognizes the originality, technical quality, innovation, research methodology, and overall scientific contribution of the work, as well as its potential impact on the research community.
