The "DAM's Strategic Plan Development Workshop" organized by Dhaka Ahsania Mission was held on 16-17 June 2026 from 9 am to 5 pm at the conference room of DAM Foundation for Economic Development (DFED). Prof. Dr. Mohammad Sarwar Morshed, Director of IQAC and Prof. Dr. Jasmin Ara Begum, Department of Architecture from AUST joined the workshop as invited participants. The “Day 01: Planning Preparation Day” included different speeches, a review of the last strategic plan, the vision and mission of DAM, a SWOT analysis, core strategic pillars and group presentations and discussions. The “Day 02: Strategic Plan Day” included preparing objectives, strategies and milestones for each objective, group presentation, and discussion. Prof. Dr. Golam Rahman, President of DAM gave his valuable insights on the overall subject area. Other honorable presenters were ED, Treasurer, GS, Vice Presidents of DAM, project coordinators, and directors. In general, the workshop was highly participative, interesting, and knowledge-sharing.
