Prof. Dr. Muhammad Fazli Ilahi, Vice-Chancellor of the Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) along with a team from department of Textile Engineering, AUST led by the Head of the Department Prof. Dr. Lal Mohan Baral visited Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX), on 18 May 2023.

In this visit, honorable Vice-Chancellor, AUST and Head, DTE congratulate newly appointed Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shah Alimuzzaman. Vice-Chancellor, BUTEX warmly welcome all the delegates from AUST. A token of appreciation was presented to Prof. Dr. Shah Alimuzzaman, Vice-Chancellor, BUTEX. After greetings session, an open discussion was held on different facilities of BUTEX. Honorable Vice-Chancellor, AUST discuss about current state of Textile graduates in Bangladesh and their future challenge of upcoming 4th industrial revolution(4IR). Vice-Chancellor, BUTEX talk about his relationship with AUST family and future scope of building collaboration with DTE, AUST. Afterward, Vice-Chancellor, AUST and team members visited different laboratories of BUTEX and observe the laboratory facilities.
