On 14th September (2013) the faculty members of the department paid a visit to Bangabandhu Multipurpose Bridge over the Jamuna River. The team was led by the Head of the Department, Prof Dr. Md. Anwarul Mustafa. The main purpose of the visit was to observe the repairing works of the cracks at the box girder of the Bridge.
