information of all concerned that the Classes and Offices of
Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Dhaka will remain
closed on 25 June, 2013 on the occasion of "Shab-e-Barat". |

As directed this is for information of all concerned that if the
Teachers, Officers and Staff of Ahsanullah University of Science and
Technology need any leave other than casual leave for valid reasons,
the application for the said leave shall be submitted with appropriate
documents well ahead of the starting date of the leave for processing.
No body shall leave the station before sanctioning of such a leave.
For the benefit of the students, no such leave should be requested
during the semester classes and examinations, if possible. |

It is a
matter of great satisfaction that AUST started its historic journey
from the newly constructed permanent campus on 19 April, 2008. All of
us including the Guardians of the students appreciated the clean and
beautiful environment of the new campus. But unfortunately it is
observed that some students are indulging themselves in indiscipline
activities like playing Football, Cricket etc. in places which are not
specified for the purpose. Even they play cards violating sanctity of
an educational institution.
To
maintain discipline and sanctity of the University it is, therefore,
notified for information of all concerned that- |

i )

Playing Football, Cricket
and Cards are strictly prohibited in the AUST Campus. |
|
ii )
|
All
in-door Games must strictly be confined in the Common Rooms designated
for male & female students. |
|
It is
expected that the discipline be maintained and sanctity be observed in
the campus by all of us. |
