An Inter University Programming Contest organized by Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST)  was held on 24 July 2009 at AUST campus, 141-142 Love Road, Tejgaon Industrial Area Dhaka. The program is sponsored by One Bank Limited.

Some 334 contestants from 33 public and private universities took part in the computer programming contest. The three members team of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology became champion while Dhaka University team runners-up. Professor Muhammad Zafar Iqbal of Shahjalal university of Science and Technology acted as the chief adjudicator.

AUST Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. M Anwar Hossain was the Chairman of the prize giving ceremony while President of the University Kazi Rafiqul Alam and One bank’s Vice chair Farzana Choudhury were special guests. The program started at 8:00 AM. The prize awarding ceremony of the contest was held at 4:30 PM.
