NOTIFICATION |

It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the Semester Fees for the Spring-2019 Semester of Degree Programs will be received through Integrated University Management System (IUMS) from the students as follows: |

| a) |
From 23.07.2019 (Tuesday) to 28.08.2019 (Wednesday) - Without Late fee |
||||||||
| b) | From 29.08.2019 (Thursday) to 12.09.2019 (Thursday) - With Late fee of Tk. 100/- | ||||||||
| c) |
From 15.09.2019 (Sunday) to 29.09.2019 (Sunday) - With Late fee of Tk. 600/- |
||||||||
| d) |
From 30.09.2019 (Monday) to 14.10.2019 (Monday) - With Late fee Tk. 2,000/- |

| i) |
The schedule of the payment of the semester fees will be maintained strictly as stated above. |
||||||||
| ii) |
Immediately after the last date of the payment of the semester fees, the names of the defaulter students will be struck off the roll and the defaulters will neither be eligible to attend the classes nor be eligible to appear at the class test/quiz etc. |
||||||||
| iii) |
However, the defaulters will be given an extended period of 2 (two) weeks from 15-10-2019 (Tuesday) to 24-10-2019 (Thursday) to re-enroll themselves in their respective programs with a re-enrollment fee of Tk. 7,000/- (Taka seven thousand only) along with their respective semester fees. |

| iv) |
The defaulter students failing to pay semester fees and re-enroll themselves during the extended period will not be allowed to attend the semester final examinations. |

NB: Semester fees are not adjustable with the Full Free Tuition Award (FFTA)/ Half Free Tuition Award (HFTA), Sibling Benefits, Benefits from Distressed Funds etc. |
