NOTIFICATION

It is hereby notified that the students who have been admitted in the Spring Semester 2011 and before and are interested in Half Free Tuition Award (HFTA) for current Fall Semester 2012, must apply in the prescribed form available in the Office of the Registrar. The award will be made on the basis of the results of immediate past semester Final Examination and class attendance as well as good conduct and other principles as adopted in the meeting of the Heads of the Departments/School and Offices held on 07 May 2009.

Application Form duly filled in must be submitted through the concerned Head of the Department/School to the Office of the Registrar on or before 20 December 2012. No application after this last date will be entertained. The awardees will be selected only amongst the applicants as per rules, who will submit their applications by 20 December 2012.

The students who are interested for HFTA, under Sibling Quota (two brothers or sisters) will also have to apply in plain paper for current Fall Semester 2012 on or before 20 December, 2012. No application after this last date will be entertained. Those who have already applied for HFTA in Sibling Quota, need not apply again.
