The students who
have passed HSC Examination in the current year and year before
are admitted in different Departments in every semester. Admission
notices are displayed on the Notice Board and the Website of the
University and published in some daily newspapers. The candidates
are required to apply in the prescribed Application Form available
in the Office of the Registrar. Printed Application Form together
with a Prospectus of the University is supplied on payment of
requisite fees. The Office of the Registrar provides pay-in slip
to each candidate on request. The candidate is then required to
deposit requisite fee for Application Form and Prospectus in One
Bank Limited, AUST Booth, Dhaka. The Office of the Registrar will
supply Application Form together with a Prospectus of the
University on production of money receipt. The Application
Form, duly filled in, along with three passport size recent color
photographs duly attested, attested copies of all
certificates/testimonials and academic transcripts along with
original academic transcripts and attested copy of nationality
certificate, if domiciled, shall be submitted to the Office of the
Registrar within due time. Original Academic Transcripts/Grade
Sheets will be returned after verification. The names of the
selected candidates are notified on the Notice Board and the
Website of the University.
The selected candidates are then required to get themselves
admitted depositing the requisite fees (as mentioned in page 23)
within the specified time along with one passport size colour
photograph for ID card. The payment to be made by Cash/PO/DD in favour
of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology. The above
fees may be revised from time to time. If any applicant fails
to get himself/herself admitted within the specified time, he/she
forfeits his/her candidature for admission and his/her seat will be
filled up from the remaining applicants as per the rules of the
University. The students and their guardians are requested to
satisfy themselves about the rules & regulations before admission to
avoid any future complication.
The promoted students are required to pay a specified amount of
semester fees in each subsequent semester to continue their studies.
The University dues for all other semesters will have to be paid at
the beginning of the semester within the date to be notified, or else
the name of the student will be struck off the University register.
The students are required to follow all the present as well as new, if
made any, rules and regulations of the University; otherwise their
admissions are liable to be cancelled
